Welcome to Ramsgate Harbour #38! Located at the far west end of Front Beach Road adjacent to Carillon Beach/30A. Ramsgate is a smaller (66-unit complex) located on 550 feet of private beach; complete with a gulf-front heated pool, outdoor restroom facility, grilling areas and covered parking that is directly beneath the building.
Ramsgate Harbour is ideally located away from the high-rise condos and crowds; but still close enough to enjoy all that Panama City Beach has to offer. Pier Park is less than a 10-minute drive; where you’ll find plenty of shopping, dining & family-friendly entertainment options. For your convenience, Publix, Winn Dixie, and CVS are just steps away from the condo where you can pick up groceries, wine, beer, liquor, pharmacy, gifts, beach accessories – just about anything needed to enjoy your vacation. Camp Helen State Park is just a couple mins away and also just minutes west is Scenic Highway 30-A, where you’ll find the well-known beaches of South Walton – Inlet Beach, Rosemary Beach, Watercolor, Alys Beach, Grayton Beach, Seagrove & Seaside.
Ramsgate is located just 3 miles west of the Famous Thomas Donuts! 🍩🍔🍦
Our 2-bedroom 2.5 bath unit sits on the 2nd/3rd floors of our 3 story building: overlooking the gulf. Occupying the top floor means no noise above you. Please Note however, that Ramsgate has no elevators. The upside: NO waiting on elevators during the busier times - but know that you will need to navigate 2 flights of stairs to access our condo. If stairs are an issue for anyone in your party, you may want to consider one of our 4 other condos @ Celadon Beach Resort, where there are 3 high-speed elevators.
Enjoy stunning views of sugar white sand and emerald waters from either of your 2 private beach-front balconies. Your home away from home comfortably sleeps 4: a king size bed in the master bedroom and a queen size bed in the guest bedroom
The 2 private, spacious balconies have plenty of seating for you and your family to enjoy morning sunrises and evening sunsets. Close enough to the water to hear the relaxing sounds of the waves, yet high enough to have a panoramic view of the white sugar sand beaches.
When you enter the condo, you are greeted by a kitchen equipped with everything you need for cooking meals in. The kitchen is complete with an icemaker, combo coffee maker that will brew a pot, a cup or Keurig style, Hand Mixer, Blender, Crock Pot, Electric Skillet, Mixing Bowls, Storage Containers and an array of pots, pans and spices.
You'll enjoy stunning water views from the kitchen, dining and living room of the main level. A half-bath is located on the main floor for your convenience.
No need to worry about taking work home, we have a full-size washer and dryer located within the condo for your use. The living room area provides the comfortable seating you need to feel relaxed and at home. You’ll be able to watch all of your favorite shows with our expanded cable package. Or feel free to enjoy the included complimentary Netflix or Amazon TV (Including movies) to enjoy a cozy night in. We also offer complimentary WIFI and local phone service.
The Master bedroom has a majestic view of the gulf and a king-size bed with a comfortable cooling gel memory foam top. Enjoy the same stunning views from the master bedrooms private balcony. The master suite includes an adjoining full bathroom. You'll also find an iron/ironing board, alarm clock, hair dryer, ceiling fan, and portable fan.
The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed with a comfortable memory foam top. It’s also equipped with a Smart TV for your entertainment needs, in addition to a ceiling fan & portable fan for your comfort. A full guest bathroom is located just off of the 2nd bedroom for easy access.

ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION:
- Check-in is after 4:00 pm and Check-out no later than 10:00 am
- Children and families' welcome.
- HOA Policy: Must be age 25 to rent. Age verification is required.
- Maximum Occupancy: 6 - Most Ideal for 4
- Parking Pass (per vehicle) is $35
- An e-signed Rental Agreement is required upon booking. A 3-day grace period is allowed for e-signature of our Rental Agreement. If not received within that time period, your reservation is subject to cancellation.
- A $250 Security Deposit "HOLD" is required. Please note that this is a HOLD, not a charge to your card. Provided no damages occur during your stay, this hold is released within 2 days of departure - often the same day.
- Note that if you pay using a credit card: Your 2nd payment (due 60 days from your stay) will be automatically collected; using the credit card on file.

We’re the Youngs, a family of four originally from St Louis, MO. that transplanted south to Nashville, TN in 2017. My husband John and I (Amber) have owned and managed long-term rental property for over 20 years. We began a new venture with the purchase of our very first beach vacation rental (@ Ramsgate Harbour) in December 2016. Over the years, we have explored and vacationed in many areas along the Florida coast and the Panhandle. The choice to buy a condo at Ramsgate; a low-density complex with only 66 units on the quiet western end of Panama City Beach was an easy one. We chose Ramsgate Harbour as it offered 550 feet of private beachfront that would never be overly crowded. It truly is a hidden gem in PCB - the "Best Kept Secret at the Beach" and is THE perfect spot for relaxing & creating family memories. We personally manage our (now) 5 beach condos. Each of our condos is a “home away from home” for us and has been outfitted for maximum comfort. We visit frequently to update and refresh each condo and to ensure that they’re kept up to our high standards. You will notice a definite difference when you stay in one of our beachfront condos vs. one you may have stayed in run by one of the larger management companies. We provide ALL of little extras you won’t find in other condos. And we also make ourselves available to our guests to ensure that you have THE BEST beach experience.
