Hello from the Youngs! We're John and Amber Young, and we live just outside Nashville, Tennessee. After purchasing our first beachfront condo in 2016, we quickly fell in love with the quiet, family-friendly west end of Panama City Beach. We loved it so much that all five of our beachfront condos are located here. One of our favorite parts of owning vacation rentals is renovating, furnishing, and decorating our condos. We take pride in creating the kind of beach homes we'd want to stay in ourselves, with quality furnishings, thoughtful details, and all the comforts of home. Unlike large management companies, we personally own and manage each of our properties. When you reach out, you'll be communicating directly with one of the owners. Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
Owner Managed, so there are no extra/middleman fees. We charge only taxes (paid to PCB, Bay County and FL) and a cleaning fee that is paid to clean/disinfect the unit prior to each guest's arrival.
