You will not have to fight traffic on the less congested west end and are only 5 minutes (~ 2 miles) from Pier Park Mall and minutes from just about everything! Celadon is also just 15 minutes from the Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (airport code ECP - Panama City) and less than 15 minutes from the beaches of 30A. It's the perfect spot for a relaxing family vacation!

ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION:
- Check-in is after 4:00 pm and check-out no later than 10:00 am
- HOA Policy: Must be age 25 to rent. Age verification is required. No Student groups allowed
- Maximum Occupancy: 6. Max - 4 Adults + 2 Children. Note that bunk beds are limited to guests under 120 lbs.
- Celadon is a No Smoking facility. HOA enforces strict no smoking anywhere on the premises; this includes balconies/common areas.
- No Pets are allowed.
- Celadon Parking Permit required - $30 flat fee per vehicle per stay (under 30 days). NOT daily!
- An e-signed Rental Agreement is required upon booking. A 3-day grace period is allowed for e-signature of our Rental Agreement. If not received within that time period, your reservation is subject to cancellation.
- Note that if you pay using a credit card: Your 2nd payment (due 60 days from your stay) will be automatically collected; using the credit card on file.
- A $250 Security Deposit "HOLD" is required. Please note that this is a HOLD, not a charge to your card. Provided no damages occur during your stay, this hold is released within 2 days of departure - often the same day.
- New in 2023 - We have added an outdoor Ring Doorbell camera to facilitate remote check-in and property security. If the camera is covered, disabled or otherwise tampered with, guest will forfeit their damage deposit.

Celadon 2002 features an open floor plan with 2 Master Bedroom Suites; each with a King Bed & a Full bathroom that directly connects. The 3rd room is a private sleeping room (with doors) which includes a bunkbed (and TV) that will sleep two. Our condo very comfortably accommodates 6 people without hall bunks or pullout sofas - everyone has a private room!

~ Keyless Entry – No hassle of obtaining and then potentially misplacing the key.
The GULF FACING MASTER SUITE has a KING size mattress (complete with comfy gel memory foam & upgraded linens/bedding) and its own Full Bath. The private luxurious bath has 2 vanities and an upgraded shower.
The 2nd MASTER SUITE also has a KING bed (with comfy gel memory foam) and a connecting full bathroom that can also be accessed from the hall by all guests.
The 3rd PRIVATE SLEEPING ROOM has a bunk bed (both twin size) (also with memory foam for comfort).
The kitchen (Granite/Stainless Steel) is well equipped for when you feel like cooking and eating at home.

A Blu Ray player is provided in the living room for additional entertainment. 3 of the Smart TV's also provide complimentary YouTube TV & Amazon TV, in addition to Expanded Cable.
The condo has a full-sized washer and dryer in the laundry room for your use. Linens, bath towels, hair dryers, beach towels and beach toys/supplies are also provided.
For your convenience, a small grocer (Carousel Grocery & Liquor) is located less than a mile west from Celadon. Winn Dixie is 1.5 miles east from the condo where you can pick up groceries, wine, beer, liquor, pharmacy, gifts, beach accessories – just about anything needed to enjoy your vacation. Camp Helen State Park is just a few mins away and also just minutes west is Scenic Highway 30-A, where you’ll find the well-known beaches of South Walton – Inlet Beach, Rosemary Beach, Watercolor, Alys Beach, Grayton Beach, Seagrove & Seaside. We're just a 1-mile stroll to the Famous Thomas Donuts! 🍩🍔🍦

About the Owner
We’re the Youngs, a family of four originally from St Louis, MO. that transplanted south to Nashville, TN in 2017. My husband John and I (Amber) have owned and managed long-term rental property for over 20 years. We began a new venture with the purchase of our very first beach vacation rental (@ Ramsgate Harbour) in December 2016. Over the years, we have explored and vacationed in many areas along the Florida coast and the Panhandle. The choice to buy condos on the quiet family-friendly western end of Panama City Beach was an easy one. We love the less congested west end and chose Celadon due to it being the last high-rise heading west from PCB (only houses to the west) - THE perfect BEACHFRONT spot for relaxing & creating family memories. We personally manage our (now) 5 beachfront condos. Each of our condos is a “home away from home” for us and has been outfitted for maximum comfort. We visit frequently to update and refresh each condo and to ensure that they’re kept up to our high standards. You will notice a definite difference when you stay in one of our beachfront condos vs. one you may have stayed in run by one of the larger management companies. We provide ALL of little extras you won’t find in other condos. And we also make ourselves available to our guests to ensure that you have THE BEST beach experience. Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
Owner Managed, so there are no extra or middleman fees. We charge only taxes (Paid to PCB, Bay County and FL state) and a cleaning fee that is paid to clean/disinfect the unit prior to each guest's arrival.
